Released in 1989, the Samuel Smith - Victoria Corn Mills was part of the passport scheme and normally comes in a framed cabinet.
Production was limited to just 12,000 pieces being made.

'VICTORIA CORN MILLS, SHEFFIELD' in cream on both wagon sides.
Company logo on both cab doors.

Variations/Rarities: The model was mounted and framed complete with a second unassembled and unpainted model.
The mounted model had a green body with a black chassis and seats.
It had a light beige roof and canopy with a green roof support bulkhead.
It had a green boiler with cream and red boiler bands.
It had green 6-spoke wheels.
There are no known variations.
